Wendy Simpson
Wendy Simpson is a seasoned business development and strategic sourcing executive with more than two decades of experience building relationships, developing commercial opportunities, negotiating business agreements, and connecting companies with qualified suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Throughout her career, Wendy has worked across manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, food service, environmental services, procurement, logistics, and international trade, giving her a broad understanding of how businesses evaluate suppliers, products, pricing, quality, logistics, and long-term commercial partnerships. Her experience includes working directly with executives, manufacturers, suppliers, government agencies, commercial organizations, and end-user customers in both domestic and international markets.
As the founder of Wonderdone Source, Wendy brings a relationship-driven approach to strategic sourcing. She works to understand a company's specific product and procurement requirements, identify qualified manufacturing and supply partners, and facilitate the relationships necessary to develop a successful sourcing opportunity.
Wendy's international business experience includes cultivating and managing relationships across multiple countries, facilitating cross-border business opportunities, and coordinating complex commercial and logistical initiatives. Her work has included supporting humanitarian efforts that helped facilitate the delivery of essential supplies and equipment to underserved communities internationally.
What distinguishes Wendy's approach is her ability to work at the intersection of sourcing, business development, international relationships, negotiation, and procurement. She understands that successful sourcing is about more than locating a product—it is about identifying the right supplier, understanding the buyer's requirements, establishing trust, and creating a pathway toward a sustainable business relationship.
Through Wonderdone Source, Wendy leverages her domestic and international relationships to help companies discover sourcing opportunities that may otherwise be difficult to identify or access.
Rag Singh
Commercial Operations Manager
With more than 14 years of experience in international sourcing, manufacturing, supplier development, and commercial operations, Rag Singh brings a broad understanding of how products and businesses move across global supply chains.
His international experience spans medical equipment and device components, household consumer products, packaging, manufacturing, agricultural commodities, and raw materials for medicinal and industrial applications. He has worked with suppliers and manufacturing partners across India, Malaysia, China, Sri Lanka, and other international markets, helping identify qualified partners, evaluate capabilities, coordinate requirements, and facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers.
Rag has worked with Chinese manufacturers and packaging companies to develop and manufacture household products. His sourcing experience in India also includes working with suppliers of raw materials used in medicinal and related applications, giving him practical experience navigating diverse supplier networks and product requirements.
As an inventor and U.S. utility patent holder, Rag also brings firsthand product-development experience to his commercial work. Having taken household product ideas from concept toward manufacturing, he understands the challenges faced by both product owners seeking capable manufacturers and suppliers looking to establish new international business relationships.
At Wonderdone Source, Rag's role centers on identifying opportunities, connecting qualified suppliers with potential buyers, facilitating early-stage commercial discussions, and helping both parties navigate the path toward a direct business relationship.
His combination of international sourcing experience, manufacturing knowledge, product-development expertise, and cross-cultural business experience strengthens Wonderdone Source's ability to connect the right partners and create meaningful opportunities in global markets.
Arnav Singh
Strategic Advisor — Healthcare & Artificial Intelligence
Arnav Singh brings an interdisciplinary background spanning medicine, global health, and artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in the application of emerging technologies to healthcare and global health challenges.
He completed his pre-medical studies at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and earned a Master's degree in Global Health from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). He is currently pursuing his medical degree at NEOMED, while also pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University.
At NEOMED, Arnav is actively involved in AI-focused research, leading research initiatives exploring the application of artificial intelligence and advanced computational models within healthcare and medical research. He has presented multiple AI models and research projects and has represented NEOMED at AI research conferences and academic events, including an AI research conference at UC San Diego.
His unique combination of medical training, global health expertise, and AI research provides a multidisciplinary perspective on emerging opportunities where technology, healthcare, research, and global markets intersect.
As a Medical & AI Strategy Advisor to the Wonderdone Source board, Arnav contributes his perspective on healthcare-related opportunities, emerging technologies, AI applications, and the evolving landscape of innovation. His role includes helping evaluate opportunities that may benefit from the intersection of medical expertise, artificial intelligence, research, and international collaboration.
